Project Description:
Reinforcement work in an existing building in central Helsinki in March 2002. The building is in the process of being converted to a casino. Casing drilling with thick walled casing which is then filled with cement. A total of roughly 250 holes drilled with a depth of 7 to 22 meters. Since pneumatic drilling was prohibited, Wassara was the solution for the contractor, YIT Rakennus Oy, one of Finland’s largest building contractors.
Result:
The impressive performance of Wassara W100 convinced YIT to commission one more rig equipped with W100.
