Block cave mining

Wassara’s straight forward drilling solutions is the only production drill method that can guarantee accuracy during the preconditioning/propagation process.

Sub-level caving

The Wassara-hammer was initally developed for sub level caving and can easily increase the length of blast holes way beyond 60 metres.

Sub-level stoping

When mining adjacent to the ore boundary, the straigthness of Wassara guarantees both improved ore recovery and minimal dilution.

Underground coal mining

Degasification holes can considerably slow down production, but Wassara can significantly increase the productivity with a penetration rate of up to 5 times higher than traditional systems.

Open pit mining

Wassara’s high-accuracy drilling allows for an increased bench height and a higher amount of successful pre-splits , while at the same time reducing overall costs.

Long hole rises

Our drilling technology is both safer and more productive when drilling long hole rises, a factor that significantly improves the success rate of the holes.

Utility holes

Wassara-hammers creates utility holes with the same precision as rotary non-percussive drilling, but more efficiently, resulting in increased productivity.
